Board Meetings

The Board of Regents holds four quarterly meetings each year on the campuses of the System’s four-year institutions or in Austin. Special called meetings may also be scheduled as needed to address time-sensitive items, typically conducted via conference call.

All Board of Regents meetings are open to the public, with official notices posted in advance on the Texas Secretary of State's website.
