The Texas State University System (TSUS) publicly posts its formal bid opportunities online.  Documents associated with TSUS solicitations can be found below.  Solicitation documents are also posted on the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) webpage.  Click on the following link and enter “758” in the Agency Number field to locate documents on ESBD.
